About this talk

So many people, especially women due to society, media, and now social media, put so much focus on how one "should" look like on the outside and create so much stress within their bodies by doing so. When we criticize ourselves and compare ourselves to others through our thoughts within our Mind, it causes emotions to flow throughout our Body, creating a lower frequency for our Spirit, which then impacts our Body yet again and every cell within it.

In order to have that ideal Healthy Lifestyle, our Mind Body AND Spirit must be balanced, otherwise it is impossible to have a TRUE Healthy Lifestyle.

Even those that deal with Health Struggles and have unfortunate diagnoses will be able to heal themselves from within when they begin to work on their Mind Body Spirit. Disease, which is actually DIS-EASE, is all rooted in the Subconscious mind which shows up in our bodies when not healed. So even those that cure and heal from a disease, when they don't work on their Mindset or raise the vibration of their Spirit, but only focus on the Body piece with healthy eating and/or exercise, many will unfortunately have recurrences.

The key to healing and curing oneself is to balance and heal each pillar of Mind Body Spirit!
